Definitely the second. He was almost scarier, because you know who and what he used to be. He was still a monster, but a monster on a short leash.

El primero organizo a todos esos asesinos y era un villano excelente. El segundo no se, era mas como un antiheroe. El mato a uno de los villanos, Loki, y ayudo a su amo, mientras que el primero era rebelde.

Aunque en esencia son el mismo, pero el segundo está mejorado-

I remember the 1st being creepier...Both worked in each setting because Gaiman knows how to make a story.

I think I prefer Matthew to either.
